Aktiv Kapital ASA's objective is to maintain its equity capital at a level appropriate for the company's strategy and risk profile required to grow the business. Over time, Aktiv Kapital's shareholders will achieve a competitive return on investment through a combination of dividend and increase in share value. The Group has established a long term policy of annually distributing a dividend of minimum 30% of profit after tax.
The board suggests a dividend for 2007 of NOK 2.75 per share, equal to 34% of profit after tax.
